The M914A (AN/PVS-14) monocular is the most versatile night vision system available while featuring High Light Cut-Off Tube Protection and Manual Gain Control. The currently fielded PVS-14 offers the capabilities of a hand-held Pocketscope, a right or left eye-mounted monocular and a weapon sight when mounted in conjunction with an infrared laser aimer. The PVS-14 will mount or interface with standard AN/PVS-7 helmet mounts or facemasks. Optional magnification includes 3X and 5X objectives, providing long-range observation.
