GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The holder is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between 1000 denier ballistic weave nylon front and back.

The design of this holder is to fit a specific size expandable baton.

The holder is of 2 parts: 1) the body which also makes the cylinder type pocket to house the baton and 2) the belt loop is of vinyl leather reinforced to prevent stretch and tearing.

When the holder is assembled the cylinder type pocket will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.

All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
