GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The case is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between 1000 denier ballistic weave nylon front and back.

The case is of 3 parts: 1) the flap, pocket and the belt loop slotted to fit snug on a 2 1/4" duty belt, which is made of vinyl leather reinforced to prevent stretch and tearing.

The pouch is a standard tear drop shape, the top part of the pocket is cut low so as to permit easy grip on the cuffs.

The pocket that houses the cuffs will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.

The flap shall secure to the pockets by means of a snap closure or hidden snap also available when required.

All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.

The NC300 is for a standard hand cuff, for ASP tactical cuffs, the item number will be NC300-01.
