GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The case is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between 1000 denier ballistic weave nylon front and back.

The pocket within a pocket that houses the cuffs individually will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.

The case is of 4 parts: 1) the flap, inner pocket, outer pocket and the 2 1/4" slotted belt loop of vinyl leather reinforced to prevent stretch and tearing.

The bottom of the case is to be rounded and the top part of the pocket is to have a finger slot to permit easy grip on the cuffs.

The flap shall secure to the pocket with a black snap.

All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
