GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The case is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between 1000 denier ballistic weave nylon front and back.

The design is to hold one pair of handcuffs.

The case is of 3 parts: 1) the back with the male part of a dot snap, 2) the front pocket with the female part of a dot snap, 3) the 2 1/4" slotted belt loop of vinyl leather reinforced to prevent stretch and tearing.

When the holder is assembled the pocket will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.

When the cuffs are in the pouch and snapped closed they will remain secure until needed to remove pull up and twist the cuffs will pull thru the snap.

All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
