GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The case is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between ballistic weave nylon front and back.

The design of this holder is to fit a specific size light.

The holder is of 2 parts, 1) the flap which also makes the cylinder type pocket to house the light and 2) the belt loop slotted to fit 2 1/4" gun belt, the vinyl leather reinforced to prevent stretch and tearing.

When the holder is assembled the cylinder type pocket will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.

The flap shall secure to the cylinder type pocket by means of a snap closure or hidden snap also available when required.

All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
