GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
The case is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between ballistic weave nylon front and back.
The M/C holder is of 5 parts: 1) the back, 2) the 2 1/4" vinyl leather belt loop slotted to fit 2 1/4" gun belt, 3) the front cover, 4) the cuff pocket with pull thru snap and 5) the magazine pouch.
When the holder is assembled the pocket will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.
All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
