GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
The holder is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between Ballistic weave nylon front and back.
The radio holder is of 4 parts: 1) the belt loop slotted to fit a 2 1/4" gun belt, the vinyl leather is reinforced to prevent stretch and tearing 2) the back part of the holder, 3) the pocket to house the radio and 4) the stretch cord to hold the radio in place.
When the holder is assembled it will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.
All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
