GENERAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The holder is constructed of a non woven fabric with thermal transfer capabilities sandwhiched in between 1000 denier Ballistic weave nylon front and back.

The holder will be form molded to be rigid for a long lasting good appearance.

The radio holder is of 4 parts: 1) the belt loop having the female part of the swivel attachment 2) the back part of the holder with the male part of the swivel attachment, 3) the pocket to house the radio and 4) the stretch cord to hold the radio in place.

All edges shall have a nylon binding sewn in place using B69 bonded nylon thread to prevent fraying and give a finished look to the product.
